About the Business
I am a qualified Reflexologist and Aromatherapist, living and working in the town of Wrexham in North East of Wales. I achieved accreditation with the Vocational Training Charitable Trust awarding body and I am registered member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
I previously worked as a Registered Nurse and Midwife and decided to embark on delivering Complementary Therapies to the public through my private practice. My philosophy is to provide a professional, personalised service that offers therapy and lifestyle advice to maximise your health and well-being. I offer tailored treatments that aim to create a deep sense of relaxation, advice and support to enable you to optimise the benefits of Reflexology into your day to day life.
I am passionate about being able to help and support people to listen to their mind & body and to make the changes needed to develop a greater sense of well-being and harmony in their lives.
