Hi, I’m Asha! I’m a certified Hypnobirthing teacher and a mum to 3 little boys. I live in Dingwall and I deliver Hypnobirthing courses in Inverness-Shire and Ross-shire Highland. If you live further afield - don't worry - I also teach Hypnobirthing courses and Pregnancy relaxation classes via video link.
