Keith was introduced to Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1970 when he started to learn traditional Chinese Massage (Tui Na) whilst studying martial arts. Keith became more involved in the healing arts as time went by and after learning yoga and meditation in the 1970's he studied shiatsu and qualified as a practitioner in 1985. Keith graduated from the London School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1989 and went on to study and work in the teaching hospitals of the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. After studying Chinese herbal medicine Keith became more interested in nutrition, especially from the aspect of helping clients achieve optimum levels of health and vitality, and in April 2000 he gained a certificate in Applied Clinical Nutrition from the International Academy of Integrated Medicine.
