Navaho Holistic Centre

Navaho Holistic Centre (Mind, Body, Spirit, New Age Shop and Complementary Therapy Clinic) is a magnificent shorefront property located along the promenade with access to the beach; it has exceptional sea views of the shore, lighthouse, the harbour and the Copeland Islands. The buildings are at least 200 years old with exceptional character which lends itself to an ideal holistic environment.

Donaghadee – has been described as one of the best kept secrets of the Ulster coastline, an ancient gem of a town which has somehow managed to preserve much of its past glory while keeping pace with the times. It has changed little in the past century, calmly retaining its charm and character in a fast changing world.

Donaghadee is best known for its old harbour and lighthouse. The imposing lighthouse is an instantly recognisable symbol of the town. It was built in 1836, designed by Sir John Rennie and constructed of cut limestone. It’s still an important beacon in the chain of lights guiding mariners in the Irish Sea. There are many boats based in the harbour, the most prominent is the RNLI lifeboat. There has been a lifeboat based here for almost 100 years. From the harbour, there’s a fine view of the sweeping crescent of pastel painted houses which line the front.
